摘要
神经鞘瘤是一种良性孤立性有包膜的特殊类型肿瘤。本文报告我院近10年来手术切除及病检确诊的42例神经鞘瘤。男女各21例。朝族29例,汉族13例。发病年龄以21～60岁较多。病理上以Antoni A型者多占66.7％,AntoniB型占33.3％。由于本瘤术前不易诊断,术前只6例诊断正确,治疗以早期手术切除为宜。
42 cases with neurilemmoma in peripheral nerves and diagnosed by clinical and pathological exminations in the past 10years in our hospital were analised. The number of male is 21, female is 21; Korean is 29, Han is 13. Most neurilemmoma occurred between 21 to 60, The type of Antoni A was more than Antoni B in pathology. Because this tumor is relatively rare, only 6 cases were accurately diagnosed before operation.
