摘要
翻译是文化身份的再现 ,它受制于文化之间的权力关系。受东西方经济文化发展不平衡、西方中心主义、文化殖民主义等主客观因素影响 ,东西方之间的翻译活动体现了西方强势文化对东方弱势文化的蔑视和摆布 ,而翻译的不平等又加剧了文化交流的不平等。
Translation is the representation of cultural identity,it is manipulated by the power relationship between source and target cultures.For the reasons of imbalance of the development of culture and economy between East and West, western-centralism and cultural colonialism,Oriental culture is discriminated against and repressed by Occidental culture in translation,which in return furthers the inequality of cultural exchange between East and West.
