摘要
目的 从芦荟中分离提取芦荟多糖并对其含量进行测定。 方法 采用先醇沉后水提的方法分离提取芦荟多糖 ,以甘露糖标准液绘制标准曲线 ,用苯酚 -硫酸分光光度法测定多糖含量。 结果 芦荟各部位多糖含量不同 ,凝胶、叶皮和全叶的多糖含量分别为 0 .997,1.6 6 ,1.0 8m g/ g。 结论 该测定方法准确、重复性好 。
Objective To extract polysaccharide from Aloe. Methods The polysaccharide was purified by precipitation with ethanol followed by extraction with distilled water. Its total soluble sugar content was detected colorimetrically by the phenol\|sulfuric acid method with mannose as standard. \{Results\} The soluble sugar contents of gel, skin and whole leave were 0 997, 1 66 and 1 08 mg/g, \{respectively\}. Conclusion This method is accurate and well reproducible.
