芦荟皮作为芦荟加工的主要副产物,数量多,营养保健价值高。通过生物学特性、生物活性成分、加工利用等方面,阐述了芦荟皮的潜在价值和开发潜力,展望了其综合利用。
Aloe peels are regarded as the main byproducts of processing,with a lot of quantity and high value for nutrition and health.In this paper,the potential value and development potential of aloe peels are initially described,through biology characteristics,bio-active components,processing and utilization,etc.The further utilization of aloe peels is discussed.
