摘要
目的建立香砂养胃丸中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法,样品采用Sep-PakC18固相萃取微柱净化处理,色谱条件:ProdigyODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35∶61∶4)为流动相;检测波长为283nm;流速为1mL/min;柱温为35℃。结果在0.148～1.481μg范围内,橙皮苷进样量与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论该法简便实用,分析结果准确可靠,可作为香砂养胃丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determi nation of hesperidin in Xiangsha Yangwei Pill(XYP).Methods Reversed -phrase HPLC was adopted.T he sample was injected into Sep -Pak C 18 cartridge for sample purifica-tion.The chromatographic conditio ns were:Prodigy ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)as analytic column,methanol -wa-ter -acetic acid(35:61:4)as mobile phase,detect wavelength a t 283nmand the flowrate being 1.0mL /min.Results The linear range of hesperidin was from0.148～1.481μg,r =0.9998.The mean recovery was 100.3%,RSD =1.5%(n=6).Conclusion This method was simple,practical,accurate and suitable for the qualit y control of XYP.
