广东标准与中国药典陈皮炮制品中橙皮苷含量的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的以橙皮苷为指标比较广东标准陈皮炮制品与药典标准炮制的陈皮的质量差异。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:D iamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比40∶60),流速为1.0 mL/m in,柱温为25℃,检测波长为284.1 nm,进样量为10μL。结果广东标准陈皮炮制品中的橙皮苷含量平均值为4.276%,药典标准炮制陈皮的橙皮苷含量平均值为4.257%,两种方法差异无显著性意义。结论广东标准陈皮炮制品的质量与药典标准炮制品水平持平。 Objective To compare the quality of Citrus reticulata Blanco processed according to Guangdong standard and Chinese Pharmacopeia based on the content of hesperidin. Method Hesperidin in Citrus reticulata Blanco processed from the two standards was analyzed on a Diamonsil Cis (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column using methanol-water(40: 60) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength 284 nm. Result The average content of hesperidin in Citrus reticulata Blanco processed by Guangdong standard was 4. 276% , and that by Chinese Pharmacopeia was 4. 257% , while no significant difference was noted in respect of the content between the two processings. Conclusion Similar qualities of Citrus reticulata Blanco are obtained from the two processings.
