摘要
目的 建立苦参碱葡萄糖注射液中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,以ProdigyODS(3)色谱柱(15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)为分析柱 ;以甲醇 水 三乙胺 (5 0 0∶5 0 0∶2 ) ,用 0 .5mol·L-1磷酸溶液调pH至 7.4~ 7.5的溶液为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 2 0nm。结果 本法测定苦参碱的平均回收率为 10 0 .13% ,RSD为 1.5 % (n =5 )。结论 本法具有专属性强 ,操作简便 ,结果准确可靠的优点 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of matrine in matrine and glucose injection.METHOD A HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Prodigy ODS(3) column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) was analytic column; a mixture of MeOH-H_2O-(C_2H_5)_3N(500∶500∶2v/v),adjusted with 0.5mol·L^(-1) H_3PO_4 to pH of 7.4~7.5 was used as mobile phase; detector wavelength was at 220nm.RESULTS The average recovery of matrine was 100.13%, RSD was (1.5)%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of this drug.
