摘要
目的建立治带片中苦参碱的含量测定方法.方法采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.2%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH值为7.1)(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长215 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果苦参碱在0.32～1.92 μg的范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.5%(n＝5). 结论本法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量.
Objective To establish a method for determining matrine in Zhidai Tablets by HPLC. Methods Using C18 column and acetonitril- 0.2%triethylamin solution （adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 7.1） （20 ： 80） as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results The linear relationship of matrine was the range of 0.32 - 1.92 μg . The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.50/00 （n=5）. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid , accurate and suitable for the quality control.
