摘要
目的探讨血清活性肽salusins及醛固酮对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压疾病的关系研究。方法选择264例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,其中,154例为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压患者,而单纯性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征不合并高血压患者110例;另外,选择80例正常健康人为健康成人组。比较阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压疾病组与单纯性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者salusins及醛固酮的变化水平。结果阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征组较健康成人组salusins [(2.143±0.297)比(4.711±0.583)pmol/mL]及醛固酮[(347.57±19.286)比(265.43±21.50)ng/mL]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步研究发现,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压组与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征非高血压组salusins[(0.884±0.153)比(1.649±0.264)pmol/mL]及醛固酮[(435.64±23.232)比(366.00±37.768)ng/mL]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清活性肽salusins及醛固酮对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压疾病患者发病中具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of Salusins and Aldosterone in serum and hypertension in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 264 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were selected,including 154 cases of hypertension associated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,110 cases of non-hypertension associated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.In addition,80 healthy adults were served as control group.The changes of salusins and aldosterone in the two groups were compared between hypertension in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and Healthy adults.Results There were significantly differences in salusins[(2.143±0.297)ratio(4.711±0.583)pmol/mL]and aldosterone[(347.57±19.286)ratio(265.43±21.50)ng/mL]between the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome-related hypertension group and the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome-related hypertension group(P<0.05).The salusins[(0.884±0.153)ratio(1.649±0.264)pmol/mL]and aldosterone[(435.64±23.232)ratio(366.00±37.768)ng/mL]in the non-hypertension group were also significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Salusins and Aldosterone may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
