摘要
通过正交试验 ,探讨了不同测定条件对木聚糖酶活性的影响。研究结果表明 :木聚糖酶活性测定的最佳条件是温度为 5 0℃、反应时间为 30min、pH值为 4 .0～ 5 .3。还表明 。
Orthogonal experiments were carried out to probe into the effects of different measuring conditions on the activity of xylanase. The result showed that the optimum conditions for such measurement were 50℃, 30min and pH4.0～5.3. The temperature and reaction period are the main influential factors effecting the activity of xylanase.
