摘要
利用纯化的木聚糖酶免疫SPF小白鼠,收集血清样品,以建立的ELISA方法检测血清样品中的IgG水平、IFN-γ和IL-4含量,利用SPSS软件对结果进行分析。发现试验组IgG水平与阴性组、空白组有极显著差异(P<0.01),空白组与阴性组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组IFN-γ含量与阴性组、空白组和阳性组有极显著差异,阳性组与阴性组、空白组有极显著差异,空白组与阴性组无显著差异;试验组IL-4含量与阳性组无显著差异,与阴性组、空白组有极显著差异,空白组与阴性组无显著差异。结果证明,BE-91菌株分泌的木聚糖酶具有良好的免疫原性和反应原性,能刺激机体启动细胞免疫和体液免疫。
Serum samples were collected from the SPF mice,which were immunized with the purified xylanase,and detected by the established ELISA on level of IgG and the contents of IFN-γ and IL-4.After being analyzed with SPSS software,the level of IgG in the experimental group was very significantly diffe-rent from that in the blank and negative controls(P〈0.01),but the level of IgG between the blank and negative control groups was not significantly different.The content of IFN-γ in the experimental group was very significantly different from that in the other groups(P〈0.01),and the content of IFN-γ in the positive control was also very significantly different from that in the blank control and negative control(P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference between the blank control and the negative control.The content of IL-4 in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the positive control,but was very significantly different from that in the blank control and negative control(P〈0.01),whereas there was no significant difference between the blank control and the negative control.The results indicated that the xylanase from Bacillus subtilis strain BE-91 had a good immunogenicity and could stimulate cellular and humoral immunities in the mice.
