摘要
人力资源具有价值有效性、稀缺性和难以模仿性 ,是企业构建竞争优势的核心资源。企业在对人力资源的系统观念及特殊价值的认识的基础上 ,可以通过健全人力资源的管理机制和特殊技能的培养等途径 ,获得竞争优势。
HR is a core resource in establishing the advantage power of enterprise because of its value, rareness and difficult to imitate. On the basis of understanding the system sense and special value, enterprise can gain the advantage power by ways of amplifying the management mechanism, cultivating special technical ability, and so on.
