资源基础理论是战略管理理论的最新发展,战略人力资源管理则是人力资源管理理论的最新发展。首先介绍资源基础理论和战略人力资源管理理论,然后将不同的学者关于企业竞争优势的来源问题进行了总结,最后从人力资源与人力资源管理系统相结合的角度出发分析企业的竞争优势。
The resource-based view of the firm is the most development in strategic management field and strategic human resource management is also the most development in human resource management field. After introducing the resource-based view of the firm and strategic human resource management, the paper reviews the studies on what is the source of enterprise's competitive advantage that pointed out by scholars. This paper indicates that the human resource and human resource management system are the real source of enterprise's competitive advantage.
