摘要
核心能力的存在决定了企业的有效竞争范围,如果企业置身于这些能力能够发挥价值的状态中, 就构成了企业竞争优势。而企业只有掌握了持续竞争优势,才能获得国际竞争力,才能在市场竞争中处于不败之地。在此基础上提出从七个方面论述了企业如何提高自身的核心能力,以获得持续稳定的竞争优势。
