摘要
转座子标签法是克隆与分离植物基因的一项十分有效的方法。概述了转座子标签技术克隆与分离植物基因的基本原理与方法 ,介绍了可用于转座子标签技术的转座子 ,对于转座子标签系统以及在克隆与分离异源植物基因方面的主要成就进行了综述 ,并对将来的研究方向进行了讨论。
Transposon tagging is an effective method for plant gene cloning and isolation. The principle and procedure of transposon tagging are summarized and the transposon used for plant gene cloning and isolation are introduced in this paper. The progress of transposon tagging system and alloplant gene cloning and isolation were reviewed. The perspective of transposon tagging was also discussed.
