摘要
随着基因组数据的积累,同时识别多个基因、解读其功能,正在成为揭示环境信号调控植物组织分化及器官形成分子机制必不可少的途径。我们从基因组水平、转录水平和蛋白质水平,回顾总结了识别发育及代谢相关基因、解读其功能的一般策略,讨论并比较了各主要策略的优缺点,并提出方法选择的一般原则。
With accumulation of genomic data,recognizing multiple genes and understanding their functions are becoming an essential way to reveal molecular mechanism by which the environmental signals regulate differentiation and organogenesis of plant tissue.In this article we reviewed the general strategy on identification of genes related to development and metabolism of plant,function annotation of the genes on the levels of genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics.Through comparison of different strategies,advantages and disadvantages of different strategies are discussed.Consideration and rules are proposed for selection of strategies.
