摘要
习总书记在十九大报告中提出绿色金融是推动经济发展的重要举措。吕梁市作为山西省重要的能源基地,多年来为山西省国民经济高速发展做出了重要贡献。但是,近年来吕梁市能源市场尤其是煤炭市场的发展遇到了瓶颈。传统产业举步维艰,生态环境急剧恶化,融资机制不完善,经济发展亟需转型升级。可以运用绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色基金等绿色金融工具和相关政策,促进吕梁市经济转型发展。
In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,Xi proposed important measures for promoting economic development through green finance. Lüliang city,as an important energy base in Shanxi Province,has made important contributions to the development of national economy over the years. However,the development of energy market,especially the coal market,has encountered bottlenecks in recent years. Not only traditional industries are struggling,but also the ecological environment is deteriorating rapidly and financing mechanism is not perfect. Economic development is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. Therefore,it is necessary to adopt green credit,green bonds,green funds and other green financial instruments and related policies to promote the economic transformation development of Lüliang city.
