摘要
英国是世界绿色经济的先驱者,在2012年,由英国政府全资成立了英国绿色投资银行(UK GIB),成为其唯一的股东,将其作为实现英国政府的环保承诺以及英国绿色经济复苏的核心组成部分,致力于将英国打造成为绿色能源的世界领导者。本文通过阐述英国绿色投资银行近几年来的实践,分析其政策体系、内部组织结构、业务经营模式、风险管理机制,并对我国实施绿色金融提出了发展思路和借鉴。
The British is a world leader in green economy. In 2012, the British government＇s wholly - owned established British green investment bank （UKGIB）and become its sole shareholder, as the implementation of the British governmentg environmental com mitment as well as the core part of the UK green recovery, Committing to making Britain a world leader in green energy. This essay ex- plains the practice of British green investment bank in recent years, analyzes the policy system, the internal organizational structure, business model and risk management mechanism, and in view of implement the green financial it proposes the development mentality and the reference to china.
