摘要
伴随公众对环境保护、资源有效利用以及人类社会生存环境重视程度的日渐加深,绿色金融的概念应运而生。近年来,越来越多的房地产企业也逐渐向绿色发展转型,以绿色设计、绿色材料施工、绿色运营等方式,打造一条绿色健康的房地产生态产业链,达到兼顾企业效益、环境保护和社会价值的可持续发展目标。另外,随着绿色建筑的相关政策日趋完善,以绿色贷款、绿色债券、绿色基金等为代表的金融产品也正在有效助力绿色地产的发展。
At the backdrop of increasing public attention to environmental protection, effective utilization of resources and protecting environmental interests of the human society in recent years, the concept of Green Finance has emerged at the historic moment. More and more real estate companies are gradually transforming to green development. By means of green design, green material, green construction and green operation, a green and healthy real estate ecological chain is developed to achieve the sustainable development goal which would benefit the real estate industry, environmental protection and the whole society. In addition, with the improvement of Green Building policies, financial products--such as green loan, green bond and green fund--are developed to boost the development of green real estate.
