摘要
近年来,绿色金融发展迅速,绿色债券、绿色基金、绿色保险都有大规模增长,碳交易和碳金融也不断完善。欧美等国从立法基础、统一明确标准、政府与金融机构协调推进等方面打造成熟绿色金融市场。本文提出完善绿色金融法规政策、健全绿色金融体系、推进绿色金融国际合作等政策建议。
In recent years,green finance has developed rapidly.Green bonds,green funds,and green insurance have all experienced large-scale growth,and carbon trading and carbon finance have also been continuously improved.Areas such as Europe and the United States have built a mature green financial market from the basis of legislation,unifying standards,and coordinated advancements between government and financial institutions.This paper proposes to improve green financial regulations and policies,sound the green financial system,and promote international cooperation in green finance.
