摘要
随着人民环保意识的加强,世界各国都开始重视社会、经济与环境的和谐发展。发达国家为此进行了多方面的探索,各金融机构也积极的参与其中,绿色金融理论不断丰富,绿色金融产品不断增加。发达国家绿色金融的实践表明,合理的制度框架是绿色金融发展的基石,市场应在绿色金融发展中发挥主力作用,政府可以发挥积极有效的引导作用。为更好的借鉴发达国家绿色金融的实践经验,本文首先梳理了绿色金融理论体系的发展过程,之后对发达国家绿色金融体系的组成及实践进行总结分析,并对中国绿色金融体系的建立提出对策建议。
Almost all countries in the world pay high attention to harmonious development of economy and environment with the growing environmental awareness.The governments and financial institutions made a lot of explorations.As a result,green financial theory is more improved and green financial products become more rich.The practice shows that reasonable institution framework is the safeguard for the development of green finance. Markets should play the dominant role with the help of government. This paper first arranged the development process of green finance theory,then summarized the experience of development country and gave suggestions for our country at the end of the paper.
