摘要
心理健康问题是人口老龄化过程中的突出问题。解决老年人心理健康问题是应对人口老龄化的重要议题,是提高老年人生活质量的重要方面,应当引起全社会的高度重视。从老年人抑郁、焦虑、孤独、自杀、认知衰退和老年痴呆这些方面介绍了目前我国老年人心理卫生的严峻现状。老年人在心理健康方面的高需求与现实生活中对心理支持的低寻求是老年心理健康服务面临的主要问题。探讨在社区中应该建立怎样的老年人心理健康服务模式。在具体实施和落实政府关于建立老年人心理健康服务体制的方针政策上,非营利的非政府组织扮演着重要的角色。借鉴寸草春晖老年心理服务中心多年来心理健康服务的实践经验,解析了社区开展老年人心理健康服务的工作模式。
Mental health problems are prominent problems in the process of population aging. It is a critical social issue to help the old population improve their quality of life (QOL). Mental health, as an essential aspect of QOL, should attract enough attention. The paper ifrstly introduces the serious situation of Chinese old people’s mental health from several aspects, including depression, anxiety, loneliness, suicide, cognitive recession and dementia. The high demand of mental health and low level of psychological support are the mainly problems in mental health services at present. Under the background, the paper tries to discuss the mental health service modes for the elderly. NGO plays an important role in implementing and carrying out the policies and guidelines of establishing the mental health service system for the elderly. At last, the paper references the practical experiences of an NGO organization called Cun Cao Chun Hui in mental health services, and analyzes the mental health service modes for the elderly in different institutions.
