摘要
为了保障大坝施工作业生产安全,降低施工风险,以向家坝水电站大坝工程特点和工程实际为依据,对施工中存在的安全风险因素进行辨识分析并提出相应对策措施,有利于提高大坝施工安全管理工作水平,可以为水利水电施工创造一个良好的施工环境。
In order to ensure the safety of dam construction workers,the field manager must be based on the actual conditions of construction and the characteristics of the project and study the security risk factors facing in detail,and adopt appropriate measures to strengthen safety management to reduce construction risk.To create a good construction environment for water conservancy and hydropower construction.
