摘要
通过介绍在美国讲授沪上伤科八大家之一———楚氏伤科铁板功的盛况，阐述该功三指禅按摩法的作用、治疗原则、手法特点、按摩要领、适应症和禁忌症。附案例两则。
By introduction of the authors instruction in US about Iron Plate Skill of CHUs traumatology,one of the eight famous families in traumatology in Shanghai,this article clarifies the function,treatment principle,manipulation features,essential points in massage,indications and contraindications of three finger massage therapy from this skill.Two proven cases in US were listed.
