摘要
安全管理分析作为事故预防的基本手段,促使水利水电施工单位建立自我约束、保持持续改进安全管理的长效机制;通过分析安全管理,增长安全生产知识,提高安全生产意识,具备避免事故发生的能力,制定有效的实施控制程序,不断总结、改进和提高分析安全事故及分析预控水平。
As a basic means for preventing accidents,the analysis of safety management improve that Water Comservancy and Hydropower construction unit establishing Long-effective Mechanism of safety management,it can self-restrain and continuously improve.The knowledge and consciousness of safety work and are increased by analyzing safety management,failures are avoided,effective controlling programs are worked out,to continual summarize safety management experience, improve and enhance analysis or preventing accidents level.
