摘要
《经济法学》是法学专业的基础核心课程,也是所有院校法学专业的必修课程,不同院校《经济法学》的开课方式存在差异。考察《经济法原理》课程设置及其教学方法的个例,可以发现在课程设置方式、课程讲授内容、教学方法等方面存在的突出问题。可行的改革方案是:在课程设置上,将原《经济法原理》课程名称改为《经济法学》,把总论内容与不必单独开课的部分重要子部门法律制度相结合,优化讲授内容;在教学方法上,强化案例教学,加强自学、辅助阅读以及作业布置相结合,优化教学手段。
Economic Law is the basic core course of law majors,and it is also a compulsory course for law majors in all colleges and universities.There are differences in the opening modes of Economic Law in different colleges and universities.Investigating the case of curriculum setting and teaching methods of the Principles of Economic Law,we can find prominent problems in the way of curriculum setting,course content,teaching methods and so on.The feasible reform plan is as follows:in the curriculum setting,we should change the name of the original Principles of Economic Law to Economic Law and combine the general content with the legal institutions of some important sub-departments which do not need to be taught separately to optimize the teaching content;In the teaching method,we should intensify the case teaching and strengthen the combination of self-study,auxiliary reading and homework assignment to optimize teaching methods.
