摘要
经济法是法学专业核心课程之一,基于经济法教材使用的现状,指出各高校法学专业经济法课程的教学内容设置与教学体系并不统一,提出了应科学界定教材与教案的关系,妥善处理经济法与其他课程内容之间的关系。将优化教学方法、教学素养和教学过程作为经济法课程教学体系改革的教学目标,明确经济法课程教学内容及体系改革的基本思路,从传统教学和实践教学两个方面提出经济法课程教学内容及体系改革的路径,进而培养新时代应用型法律人才。
Economic law is one of the core courses of law major.Based on the present situation of economic law materials,the study points out that the teaching content setting and teaching system of economic law course of all colleges are not unified;and proposes that we should scientifically define the relationship between teaching materials and teaching plan,duly handle the relationship between economic law and the content of other courses.The optimization of teaching method,literacy and process are regarded as the teaching target in the process of the teaching system reform of economic law course.Basic thinking path of the teaching content and system reform of economic law course is clarified.And the teaching content of economic law course and system reform path are proposed from the following aspects:traditional and practical teaching,in order to cultivate applied law talents in the new era.
