摘要 目的 :研究慢性压迫性脊髓损伤及减压后骨骼肌细胞的凋亡 .方法 :36只SD大鼠分成 3组 :①压迫组 16只 ;②减压组 16只 ;③正常对照组 4只 .应用HE染色和TUNEL技术观察慢性脊髓压迫及减压后肌细胞的萎缩和凋亡 .结果 :正常对照组偶见凋亡细胞核 ,慢性脊髓压迫性损伤后骨骼肌细胞凋亡的数量增加 ,减压后肌细胞凋亡数量明显减少 .结论 :慢性脊髓压迫性损伤后肌细胞出现凋亡有重要意义 ,它是引起骨骼肌萎缩的原因之一 . AIM: To investigate the process of myocyte apoptosis after chronic compressive injury of spinal cord and decompression. METHODS: Thirty six SD rats were divided into three groups: Group A (chronic compressive injury of spinal cord) of 16 samples and group B (decompression) of 16 samples and group C (served as normal control) of 4 samples. HE staining and TUNEL were used to investigate the apoptosis and atrophy of muscular. RESULTS: Apoptosis nucleus was rarely seen in normal control group. The number of apoptosis nucleus increased after chronic compressive injury of spinal cord and decreased obviously following decompression. CONCLUSION: Apoptosis of muscle plays an important role after chronic compressive injury of spinal cord, which is one of the factors responsible for atrophy of skeletal muscle.
