摘要 [目的 ]探讨长期慢性苯接触对作业工人的血液与遗传毒性作用。 [方法 ]测定作业场所空气中苯浓度 ,检查苯接触组与对照组工人外周血白细胞 (WBC)、血红蛋白 (Hb)、血小板 (Pt)和淋巴细胞微核率 (MN)。 [结果 ]苯接触组工人具有一定的神经系统症状与出血倾向 ,外周血WBC、Hb、Pt下降人数分别占 10 1%、13 %和 2 9% ,与对照组比较差异有显著性。苯接触组微核率 2 64‰ ,明显高于对照组 ,P <0 0 1。 [结论 ]长期慢性接触苯作业可损害神经系统和造血系统 。 To investigate the effect of long term benzene exposure on blood and genetic toxicity. Benzene concentrations in workplace air were determined. White blood cells(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(Pt) and micronucleus(MN) were examined in peripheral blood in workers exposed to benzene. In benzene exposed group the workers had nervous system syndrome and bleeding tendency,the rates of WBC,Hb and Pt abnormality were 10 1%,13% and 2 9%,respectively,when compared with the control group,the differences were significant ( P <0 01). The rate of MN was 2 64‰ in benzene exposed group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0 01). [Conclusion] Long term benzene exposure might induce impairments of nervous system and blood system,also result in MN increase in lymphocytes of peripheral blood.
