摘要
目的对1990年1月-2018年12月公开发表的我国相关研究的文献数据进行分析,为控制苯的职业危害及涉苯工人的健康管理提供依据方法采用计算机检索,对纳入文献进行Meta分析,根据文献特征进行亚组分析、Meta回归和敏感性分析,统计软件采用Stata 14.0。结果通过对纳入符合筛选规则的24篇文献分析,苯接触组白细胞减少的风险是对照组的2.74倍;Begg's漏斗图基本对称,Egger's检验显示发表偏倚差异无统计学意义(t=1.05,P=0.304);单一研究对最终结果影响较小,Meta分析结果具有较高的稳定性。结论职业性苯接触会使劳动者外周血白细胞降低,涉苯企业应加强职业卫生防护,提高职业健康水平。
Objective To analyze the literature data of related studies published in China from January 1990 to December 2018,and to provide basis for controlling occupational hazards of benzene and health management of benzene-related workers.Methods The included literature was retrieved by computer.The Meta-analysis was performed,focusing on subgroup analysis,Meta regression,and sensitivity analysis,according to the characteristics of the literature.Statistical software Stata 14.0 was used in the analysis.Results A total of 24 studies met the including criteria.The risk of leukopenia in benzene exposure group was 2.74 times higher than that in control group.Begg's funnel diagram was basically symmetrical,and Egger's test showed that there was no statistical significance on the difference in publication bias(t=1.05,P=0.304).Single studies have little influence on the final results,and the Meta-analysis results have high stability.Conclusion Occupational exposure to benzene can reduce leukocyte in workers'peripheral blood.Benzene-related enterprises should strengthen occupational health protection and improve occupational health level.
