摘要 针对江西铜业公司某铜矿次生铜和氧化铜含量较高、铜矿物嵌布粒度较细且与硫矿物共生密切等性质特点,采用半优先半混合—混合精矿再磨—铜硫分离的工艺流程,在球磨机中加入适量的硫化钠活化氧化铜矿及消除可溶性铜对浮选的影响,铜硫再磨后分离过程中以DT-4取代石灰,实现了低碱度铜硫分离。最终闭路试验获得了良好的选别指标,同时伴生元素金、银等贵金属得到了有效回收。 In view of property characteristics of secondary copper and copper oxide copper content is high,copper mineral fine disseminated,sulphur mineral symbiotic closely of a copper ore in Jiangxi copper company.Through half priority and half bulk-regrinding on mixed concentrate-separation on cop-per and sulphur process,add appropriate amount of sodium sulphide in ball mill for activation of copper oxide and eliminate the influence of soluble copper on flotation,copper and sulphur separation after re-grinding process using DT-4 instead of lime,realized the low alkalinity copper and sulphur separation.E-ventually closed circuit test obtained good indicators,and associated precious metals such as gold and sil-ver got effective recovery.
