摘要
为确定某选厂铜硫混合精矿铜硫分离的高效、环保抑制剂,进行了石灰、多种常用抑制剂、组合新抑制剂CF+CN用量试验。结果表明,以石灰为抑制剂,用量为8000 g/t时,粗精矿铜品位为1.370%、铜回收率为75.79%;以石灰为抑制剂,1粗1精石灰用量分别为6000、2000 g/t时,精矿铜品位为2.449%、铜回收率为71.53%;以CF+CN为抑制剂,用量为1000+800 g/t时,粗精矿铜品位为2.532%、铜回收率为73.46%。因此,CF+CN的抑制效果优于石灰。
In order to determine the high-efficiency ang environmental protection sulfide depressant of copper-sulfur separation for the copper-sulfur mixed concentrate in a concentrator,the dosage test of lime,various inhibitors and combined new inhibitor CF+CN were carried out.The results indicated that coarce concentrate with copper grade of 1.370%and recovery rate of 75.79%was obtained with lime as depressant and dosage of 8000 g/t.The concentrate with copper grade of 2.449%and recovery rate of 71.53%was obtained with lime as depressant and dosage of 6000 g/t and 2000 g/t,respectively in one roughing and one cleaning.The coarce concentrate with copper grade of 2.532%and recovery rate of 73.46%was obtained with CF+CN as depressant and dosage of 1000+800 g/t.Thus,the new inhibitor CF+CN is better than lime.
