摘要
针对陕西某选矿厂的矿石性质,采用新型高效抑制剂D82代替石灰进行了铜硫分离试验。试验结果表明:新型高效抑制剂D82能够完全取代石灰,在自然p H值下进行铜硫分离,并获得铜品位为18.49%、铜回收率为91.17%的铜精矿;试验指标较为理想,比用传统石灰工艺铜精矿品位提高了6.07个百分点,回收率提高了1.03个百分点。工业试验验证了小试结果,采用D82抑制剂能够在无石灰条件下实现铜硫浮选分离。
According to characteristics of ore from Shaanxi Province,new effective depressant D82 was used to instead of lime for the flotation separation of Cu-S. Results indicated that Cu-S separation can be carried out successfully by using D82 depressant instead of lime under the natural p H. Copper concentrate with copper grade of 18. 49% and recovery of 91. 17% was obtained. Test results are more ideal than the traditional lime process. The copper concentrate grade has increased by 6. 07 percentage points and recoveries has increased by 1. 03 percentage points. Industrial test results verified the small scale test results. Using D82 can successfully separate Cu-S without lime.
