摘要
阐述了通过选矿工艺的改进和新型浮选药剂的应用 ,在保证某金矿金的浮选和氰化作业总回收率不低于 85 %的前提下 ,使浮选金精矿含硫品位由原来的 8%~ 10 %提高至 15 %以上 ,从而为实现浮选金精矿焙烧创造良好的前提条件。经矿石矿物组成及选矿试验研究 ,利用矿石中各种矿物的浮游特点 ,采用反浮选脱泥、中矿脱泥及浮选尾矿再磨后氰化浸出工艺流程 ,使用对细粒金有良好捕收效果的SK浮选剂 ,氰化浸出使用氢氧化钠代替石灰。研究表明 ,采用工艺流程及药剂制度适应该矿石特性 。
This paper discussed the reform of mineral processing and application of new flotation reagent,under the condition of general gold recovery rate of flotation and cyanide was not less than 85%,sulfur grade of flotation gold concentration was improved from 8%~10% to more than 85%,and created a better roast conditions.The paper also discussed composition of mineral and folatation experimental study,based on flotation charateristics of vary sorts of mineral,the experimental adopted anti flotation,desliming,middlings desliming,flotation tailing regrind leaching processes,and SK flotation reagent which has good collecting results to fine grain gold.In cyanide leaching it was applicated NaOH insteading CaO.The study showed that the processing and reagent system were much suit for the mineral characteristics and the separation index was very ideal.
