提高某铁选矿厂铜、硫、金回收率试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某高铁铜硫多金属矿铁品位45.80%、铜品位0.48%、硫品位2.3%、金品位0.24 g/t,有用矿物相互嵌布影响分选效果。采用“铜硫混合浮选—浮选尾矿磁选回收铁—铜硫分离”的联合工艺流程处理该矿石,并采用Mos-2+MA-1组合捕收剂捕收、铜硫粗精矿再磨及强化扫选等手段,可获得铜品位20.14%、金品位8.73 g/t、铜回收率88.53%、金回收率76.75%的铜精矿;硫品位41.56%、硫回收率77.70%的硫精矿;铁品位67.83%、铁回收率90.24%的铁精矿,实现了矿石中铁、铜、硫、金的高效回收。 The iron grade of a high-iron copper-sulfur polymetallic ore is 45.80%,the copper grade is 0.48%,the sulfur grade is 2.3%,and the gold grade is 0.24 g/t.The interlay of useful minerals affects the sorting effect.The ore is treated by means of the combined process of“copper-sulfur mixed flotation-flotation tailings magnetic separation and recovery of iron-copper-sulfur separation”,the use of Mos-2 and MA-1 combined collector,and the re-grinding and strengthening of copper-sulfur coarse concentrate.Copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.14%and gold grade of 8.73 g/t was obtained with copper recovery rate of 88.53%and gold recovery rate of 76.75%.Sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 41.56%was produced with sulfur recovery rate of 77.70%.And iron concentrate with iron grade of 67.83%was obtained with iron recovery rate of 90.24%.It realizes efficient recovery of iron,copper,sulfur and gold from the ore.
