摘要 某复杂铜铅锌硫化矿,铜铅锌共生关系密切,且都存在不同程度的氧化,分离难度较大。依据矿物特性,采用铜铅混浮-铜铅分离-浮铜铅尾矿浮锌的流程,在铜品位0.52%、铅品位1.50%、锌品位1.05%的条件下,取得了铜品位21.87%、回收率67.58%,铅品位43.29%、回收率72.04%,锌品位42.26%、回收率66.89%的指标,达到了综合回收铜铅锌矿物的目的。 The mineralogy study of an intricate Cu-Pb-Zn sulphide ore shows that Cu, Pb and Zn minerals intergrew intimately, and were oxidized to different extents, which made them quite difficult to be separated. A flowsheet consists of Cu-Pb buck flotation, Cu-Pb separation, Zn flotation from tailings of Cu-Pb flotation was introduced, and for a run-of-mine ore with a Cu grade of 0.52% , Pb grade of 1.50% and Zn grade of 1.05% , Cu concentrate with Cu grade and re- covery of 21.87% and 67.58%, Pb concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 43.29% and 72.04%, Zn concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 42.26% and 66.89% , respectively, were produced, and the comprehensive recovery of Cu, Pb, Zn minerals can thus be achieved.
