摘要
根据红庆梁煤矿副立井设备安装设计方案及井上、井下无轨运输方式的实际情况,对特大直径副立井的提升设备进行选型。使用国产支架搬运车实现了液压支架大型设备整体连续运输,有效地提高了工作效率,节约了成本,为煤矿达到预期生产能力奠定基础,也为同类矿井实现大型重载设备整体连续运输起到示范效果。
According to the actual situation of equipment installation design scheme in the auxiliary silo and trackless transportation mode above and below the ground in Hongqingliang Colliery, the paper conducted scientific sizing of the hoisting equipments of the superlarge diameter auxiliary silo. Meanwhile, domestic support conveyance vehicles were used to realize continuous conveyance of whole hydraulic supports, thus the productivity enhanced and the production cost reduced, which established foundation for the colliery to reach expected production capacity, and offered model for the same-sized mines to realize whole and continuous conveyance of large heavy equipments.
