摘要
为了解决特长公路隧道竖井施工难度大、临边作业多、设备选型与布置困难的问题,以宝鼎2号隧道通风竖井为依托,参照有关设计、技术规范,对大直径竖井提升设备进行选型计算和现场布置调研,得出以下结论:可按照钢丝绳、绞车、天轮、井架及吊桶的顺序进行大直径通风竖井提升设备选型,选择合适的钢丝绳是提升设备选型的基础;超大直径通风竖井的井架不同于常规竖井,要充分考虑现场实际和规范要求再做选择。
In order to solve the problems with extra-long highway tunnel that the ventilation shaft is hard to construct,there is too much work on the edge,and it is difficult to choose and arrange the equipment,based on the ventilation shaft in Baoding No.2 tunnel,with reference to the relevant design and technical specifications,the hoisting equipment for large-diameter ventilation shaft was selected after the calculation and field investigation.The following conclusions are drawn:the selection of hoisting equipment for large-diameter ventilation shaft can be carried out in the order of steel wire rope,winch,sky wheel,derrick and bucket,and the selection of the appropriate steel wire rope is the basis for the selection of hoisting equipment;the derrick of the large-diameter ventilation shaft is different from the conventional shaft,and the choice must be made after fully considering the circumstances of the site and specification requirements.
