摘要
根据当前洗煤厂配煤工艺的特点,提出了一种基于PLC与WinCC组态软件的自动配煤控制系统,介绍了自动配煤控制系统的构成与实现方式,该系统对洗煤厂配煤过程进行实时监控,对实现洗煤厂的自动化生产具有重要意义。
As characteristics of coal blending in coal washery, a new kind of automatic control system of coal blending is proposed based on PLC and WinCC. This paper introduces the structure and realizing. This system can be available for real monitor and control coal blending and be valuable reference for realizing automation of coal washery.
