摘要
以聚氨酯树脂(PU)配料系统的自动化改造和工程扩建为背景,针对实际配料生产中存在的自动化程度低、可视化内容少等问题,结合配料工艺要求,重新设计电气控制电路,综合运用通讯技术、PLC技术和WinCC技术构成新型湿法树脂配料系统,实现了配料过程的高度自动化、深度可视化.该系统的设计在配料行业具有一定的参考价值.
Under the background of polyurethane resin (PU) batching system automation renovation and extension project, the electric control circuit aiming at the problems existing in the production of the actual ingredients such as low level of automation and less visual content was redesigned by combining with the batching process requirements. The new wet resin batching system based on integrated use of communication technology, PLC techrfology and WinCC technology had achieved a high level of automation and a deep level of visualization in the batching process. The design of the system had a certain reference value in the ingredients industry.
