深竖井大运量多点驱动连续提升系统关键部件建模与分析

Modeling and Analysis on the Key Parts of Large-capacity Multi-points Driving Continuous Lifting System in Deep Shaft

摘要 深竖井圆环链连续提升传动系统在矿山有着广泛应用,该系统的结构合理性以及运行可靠性对矿山安全生产和稳定运营有着至关重要的影响。针对矿山深竖井大运量多点驱动连续提升系统的特点,对该系统的关键零部件包括驱动装置、料斗、圆环链系统建立了三维数字模型,并使用ANSYS Workbench对其结构的合理性进行了有限元分析及求解,对驱动装置主轴的屈服强度、料斗的应变与总形变量以及圆环链组的强度进行了校核分析,并对圆环链进行了疲劳寿命计算,得到了圆环链等效应力云图以及圆环链最小疲劳寿命曲线图,为多点驱动连续提升系统的进一步研究提供了理论支撑。 Round-link chain continuous lifting drive system in deep shaft is widely used in mine industry.The structure rationality and operation reliability of the system play important roles in the safety and stability of mine operation.According to the characteristics of the large-capacity multi-points driving continuous lifting system,a three-dimensional digital model was established for the key parts of the system,including the driving device,hopper and round-link chain system.And the structure rationality was analyzed and solved by ANSYS Workbench.The yield strength of the main shaft of the driving device,the strain and total shape variables of the hopper and the strength of the round-link chain were checked and analyzed.And the fatigue life of the round-link chain was calculated.The equivalent stress nephogram and the minimum fatigue life curve of the round-link chain were obtained.The study provides theoretical support for further research of multi-points driving continuous lifting system.
