摘要
"翻转课堂"是以"B-learning"为标志的混合式学习方式,"对分课堂"则将教学分为讲授、内化吸收与讨论三个阶段。本文在综合分析高校食品类专业课程"食品添加剂"教学现状的基础上,将"翻转课堂"与"对分课堂"教学模式有机融合,以QQ群与微信群等作为主要交流媒介,以EOL网络教学系统与蓝墨云班课等作为教学资源存储平台,结合自身教学特色予以实践,适当应用于该课程教学改革的探索中。通过对"食品添加剂"教学模式进行实践,构建"翻转+对分"的教学模式,并对该模式在课程教学中的实施效果与存在问题予以说明。
"Flipped classroom" is a blended learning mode marked by "B-learning". The "divided classroom" divides teaching into three stages: lecture, internalization, absorption and discussion. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the food courses of "food additives" teaching on the basis of the status quo, the "flipped classroom" and "sub class" teaching mode of organic integration, in the QQ group and We Chat group as the main medium of communication, EOL network teaching system and the blue Moyun classes such as teaching resources storage platform to practice combined with their own teaching characteristics,explore appropriate application in the teaching reform of the course. Through the practice of teaching mode of food additives,we build the teaching mode of"rollover + bisection", and illustrate the implementation effect and existing problems of this mode in teaching.
