摘要
对"食品化学"的教学体系进行研究,发现在传统的教学体系上存在教学模式单一和教学内容繁多等问题,从"食品化学"的特点出发,对教学体系进行探索,以期能提高教学质量。
The teaching system of Food Chemistry was analyzed in this paper,we found that there exits some problems in the traditional teaching system,such as single teaching mode and many teaching contents. In order to improve the quality of teaching,this paper explored the teaching system of Food Chemistry based on the characteristics of Food Chemistry.
