摘要
幼儿园班级管理水平的高低也影响着孩子在幼儿园的生活和学习质量,进而影响孩子的身心发展。高效的班级管理方法,对孩子的成长有着促进作用;不恰当的班级管理方法,不利于孩子身心发展。笔者所在的幼儿园以绘本阅读为主要园本研究方向,根据笔者把绘本阅读运用到班级管理中的成功实践经验,再次分享此方式,谈谈绘本阅读在幼儿园班级管理中的有效应用。
The level of kindergarten class management also affects the quality of life and learning of children in kindergarten,and then affect the child's physical and mental development. Efficient class management methods, the child's growth has a role in promoting; inappropriate class management methods, is not conducive to children's physical and mental development. The kindergarten to reading picture books as the main research direction of this park, according to the author by reading picture books to class management experiences, sharing this way again, and talk about the effective application of reading picture books in the class management of the kindergarten.
