摘要
我国高校培养的人才质量问题日益受到人们的关注,也越来越引起人们的反思。文章总结了人才质量不高的具体表现,从现实和历史两个角度对这些问题的成因进行了横向和纵向的深入分析,最后从宏观和微观的角度提出了相应的措施建议。
The quality of talents training in Colleges and universities is increasingly concerned by people, and it is also more and more aroused people's reflection. This paper summarized specific performance of personnel quality not high, a transverse and longitudinal in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems from two angles of history and reality, and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions from macro and micro point of view.
