摘要
在高职院校师资队伍结构中,占有较大比例的兼职教师是高职教育教学力量的重要组成部分,也是我国未来高职教育发展的基石。本文从高职教育属性和高职实践教学理念入手,阐述了高职人才培养特点以及兼职教师教学任务特殊性,从基本教学能力结构和专业教学能力结构两方面来建构高职院校兼职教师教学能力。
Teachers in higher vocational schools in the structure, a large proportion of part-time teachers is an important part of vocational education teaching force, but also the cornerstone of the future development of vocational education in China. In this paper, the properties and vocational education vocational practice teaching philosophy, elaborates the characteristics of vocational personnel training and part-time faculty teaching task specificity, from the basic structure of teaching ability and teaching ability of the structure two aspects to construct vocational college part-time teachers' teaching capacity.
