摘要
实践教学过程的本质是以培养技能、提高职业能力为基础,以学生为主体的双边活动。其教学过程由教师、教学、教学活动、教学手段四大基本要素构成。运用教学过程最优化理论。构建“双师型”师资队伍,保证实践教学内容符合行业、企业的岗位需求,保证硬件条件与社会生产技术发展同步。并突出以学生为主体,才能实现教学过程的最优化,凸显高职特色。
The practical teaching process should be based on cultivating students' techniques and vocational abilities, and centered on students. The whole process is composed of four essentical factors: teachers, students, teaching and teaching approaches. To optimize the teaching process and present characteristics of higher vocational education,We should establish double-quallfied teaching staff, ensure teaching contents according to positions demands, make sure the development of teaching facilities with social production technologies and center on students.
