摘要
实践教学过程的本质是以培养技能、提高职业能力为基础，以学生为主体的双边活动。其教学过程由教师、教学、教学活动、教学手段四大基本要素构成。运用教学过程最优化理论。构建“双师型”师资队伍，保证实践教学内容符合行业、企业的岗位需求，保证硬件条件与社会生产技术发展同步。并突出以学生为主体，才能实现教学过程的最优化，凸显高职特色。
The practical teaching process should be based on cultivating students＇ techniques and vocational abilities, and centered on students. The whole process is composed of four essentical factors： teachers, students, teaching and teaching approaches. To optimize the teaching process and present characteristics of higher vocational education,We should establish double-quallfied teaching staff, ensure teaching contents according to positions demands, make sure the development of teaching facilities with social production technologies and center on students.
