摘要
高职院校的培养目标是技术应用型人才,实践教学是高职人才培养的重要环节。通过对电工实训教学现状的研究,分析存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出在现有条件下,完善教学管理、利用教学资源、运用灵活教学方法来达到提高电工实训教学质量的目的。
Practice teaching is an important tache in training person with this ability. A method that is consummating teaching management, utilizing teaching resource, applying teaching means flexibly in current conditions is brought forward to improve the electrotechnics practices teaching quality by researching the electrotechnics practices teaching actuality , analysing the current problems and the cause.
