创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达不竭的动力。研究生群体作为高校校园中较高层次的文化群体,其主要的学习任务是进行科研创造。研究生群体文化作为研究生参与最直接、最深入的文化活动,对研究生创造力的培养起到至关重要的作用。本文就如何加强研究生群体文化的建设来培养研究生创造力。
Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress,it is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity.Graduate group is a higher level culture groups of the campus,whose main task is to conduct research to learn and create.The graduate culture is the most directly involved by graduate students in cultural activities,and also play a crucial role in training the innovative ability of graduate students.This article is about how to strengthen the construction of the culture of the graduate student groups to training the innovative ability of graduate students.
