摘要 文章驾驭文献资料法、参与式观察法、电话访谈法对湖北武汉的湖北青年职业学院、湖北科技职业学院、武昌职业学院、武汉信息传播职业学院、武汉职业技术学院、湖北交通职业技术学院、武汉商贸职业学院、湖北水利水电职业学院、武汉交通职业学院、长江职业学院十所高职院校双师素质教师成长机制开展研究,构建在以"职业资格证书、一线企业工作经历、技能转换成果"为底色的"专业理论知识、职业技能"双师素质,从配套机制上进行推进,以期推动高职院校双师素质教师成长,进而拔高高职院校教师队伍建设,保障高职技能型劳动者人才培养目标得以实现。 The article controls the literature method,participatory observation method and telephone interview method for Hubei Youth Vocational College,Hubei Science and Technology Vocational College,Wuchang Vocational College,Wuhan Information Communication Vocational College,Wuhan Vocational and Technical College,Hubei Communication Vocational and Technical College,Wuhan The research on the growth mechanism of the quality teachers of the ten vocational colleges of the Vocational College of Business,Hubei Water Conservancy and Hydropower Vocational College,Wuhan Transportation Vocational College and Changjiang Vocational College is based on the"professional qualification certificate,first-line enterprise work experience,skill conversion results".The quality of the"professional theoretical knowledge and vocational skills"of the background is promoted from the supporting mechanism,in order to promote the growth of the quality teachers in the higher vocational colleges,and then to promote the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and to ensure the skills of higher vocational schools.The goal of training talents for workers can be achieved.
